 Erasmus + study mobility of incoming students (Erasmus or Free Moover students)

ERASMUS + STUDY MOBILITY OF INCOMING STUDENTS (ERASMUS OR FREE MOOVER STUDENTS)

The documentation relating to international mobility for incoming students:

• Online Application Form or student application form (paper format)
• Learning Agreement in Italian and English or in the language practised at the requested institution, specifying the disciplines required and the number of ECTS credits to be recognized at the end of the mobility period.
• Curriculum vitae.
• A Portfolio dossier (in digital or paper format) illustrating the candidate’s artistic documentation, including confirmation of the authenticity of the material.
• Motivation letter.

Before arrival, the study agreement or Learning Agreement must be defined, in Italian (in English or in the language practiced at the requested institution), specifying the disciplines required to be carried out at the Academy and the number of ECTS credits to be recognized to the student at the end of his mobility period. There must also be a hypothesis of validation (or correspondence) of the disciplines to be taken in the Academy in relation to disciplines of the student’s study plan and the related ECTS credits. The CFAs (academic training credits) are equivalent to ECTS credits.

Attendance at the courses of the Academy is compulsory and the recognition in credits of the activities carried out is based on the exams taken and passed by the mobility student. Course attendance alone does not allow the recognition of credits to mobile students. The certification of the exams taken in the Academy and the related ECTS credits takes place through the issue of a specific Transcript of records to be sent to the Partner office no later than 45 days from the end of the exam activities. During the orientation and welcome week (which precedes the start of lessons) incoming students receive all the information (courses, compulsory attendance, educational services and facilities, Academy locations) from Erasmus staff and are helped in finding accommodation . The mobility certificate (for study or internship) is delivered, which allows facilities (canteen office, public transport, discounts in museums, theaters) and the student guide, also available online, which contains all the main information on the courses.

The reception, orientation and support activity is aimed at ensuring the full inclusion of mobile students and their full integration. To this end, the Academy organizes a free Italian language course for foreigners for incoming mobility (students and staff).

The course, active both in the 1st and 2nd semester, provides a useful tool also for the second semester. Students in mobility for an entire academic year have the opportunity to use the course throughout the year, moving from an initial level to an intermediate level. On the basis of the linguistic levels verified with an entrance test by the teacher, the students are divided into groups. Information is given to mobile students via the Erasmus Office and the Erasmus bulletin board, the Academy website and by e-mail. Wide recognition is given to outgoing and incoming student mobility activities. Incoming Erasmus+ mobility students for study must pass the examination of the subjects attended for the recognition of the related credits. Full recognition is guaranteed to students on the move for the exams taken. The transcript of record shows the grades (out of thirty) achieved by the student, the title of the subjects taken (annual or semester) and the relative CFA credits (ECTS equivalent).

Mobilità Erasmus + per studio degli studenti in entrata (studenti Erasmus o Free Moover)

La documentazione relativa alla [Student Mobility] (mobilità internazionale degli studenti) prevede per gli studenti in entrata:

Application Form o Modulo di candidatura dello studente (in formato digitale e cartaceo)

Learning Agreement,  in italiano e in inglese o nella lingua praticata presso l’istituto richiesto, in cui siano specificate le discipline richieste e il numero di crediti ECTS da riconoscere al termine del periodo di mobilità.

Curriculum Vitae.

Un dossier (in formato digitale o cartaceo) che illustri la documentazione artistica del candidato inclusa la conferma dell’autenticità del materiale.

Lettera di motivazione.

Prima dell’arrivo dovrà essere definito l’accordo di studio o Learning Agreement, in italiano ( in inglese o nella lingua praticata presso l’istituto richiesto), in cui siano specificate le discipline richieste da svolgere in Accademia e il numero di crediti ECTS da riconoscere allo studente al termine del suo periodo di mobilità. Dovrà essere anche prevista una ipotesi di convalida (o di corrispondenza) delle discipline da sostenere in Accademia in relazioni a discipline del piano di studi dello studente e ai crediti ECTS relativi. I CFA (crediti formativi accademici) sono equivalenti ai crediti ECTS.

La frequenza ai corsi dell’Accademia è obbligatoria e il riconoscimento in crediti delle attività svolte viene fatto in base agli esami sostenuti e superati dallo studente in mobilità. La sola frequenza ai corsi non consente il riconoscimento di crediti agli studenti in mobilità. La certificazione degli esami sostenuti in Accademia e dei relativi crediti ECTS avviene tramite il rilascio di apposito Transcript of records da inviare alla sede Partner entro e non oltre 45 giorni dal termine delle attività d’esame. Nella settimana di orientamento e accoglienza ( che precede l’inizio delle lezioni) gli studenti in entrata ricevono tutte le informazioni (corsi , obbligo di frequenza, servizi e strutture didattiche, sedi dell’Accademia ) dal personale Erasmus e vengono aiutati nella ricerca di alloggio. Vengono consegnati il certificato di mobilità ( per studio o tirocinio) che consente facilitazioni (ufficio mensa, trasporti pubblici, sconti nei musei , teatri) e la guida dello studente, disponibile anche on-line, che contiene tutte le principali informazioni sui corsi .

L’attività di accoglienza, orientamento e supporto è volta a garantire il pieno inserimento degli studenti in mobilità e la loro piena integrazione. A tal fine l’Accademia organizza un corso gratuito di lingua italiana per stranieri per le mobilità (studenti e personale) in entrata.

Il corso, attivo sia nel 1° che nel 2° semestre, fornisce un utile strumento anche per il secondo semestre. Gli studenti in mobilità per un intero anno accademico hanno l’opportunità di fruire del corso tutto l’anno, passando da un livello iniziale ad un livello intermedio. Sulla base dei livelli linguistici verificati con test di ingresso dal docente, gli studenti vengono divisi in gruppi. Tramite l’Ufficio Erasmus e la bacheca erasmus, il sito dell’Accademia  e via e-mail vengono date le informazioni agli studenti in mobilità. Ampio riconoscimento è dato alle attività di mobilità degli studenti in uscita e in entrata. Gli studenti in mobilità Erasmus+ per studio in entrata devono superare l’esame delle materie frequentate per il riconoscimento dei crediti relativi. Viene assicurato pieno riconoscimento agli studenti in mobilità per gli esami sostenuti . Il transcript of record riporta i voti (in trentesimi) conseguiti dallo studente, il titolo delle materie sostenute (annuali o semestrali) i crediti CFA (equivalenti ECTS) relativi.
